Suites Hotel & Spa – Key Terms & Conditions Summary

Booking & Reservations

  • All packages and treatments must be pre-booked.
  • By making a reservation, you are accepting all spa terms and conditions.

🕒 Arrival Policy

  • Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to check in and complete your consultation form.
  • Late arrival:Treatment time will be reduced to avoid impacting other clients.
    Arrivals up to 15 minutes late – treatment adjusted where possible.
    Arrivals over 15 minutes latefull charge applies and no reschedule.

Cancellation Policy

  • 48 hours’ notice required to change or cancel bookings.
  • Changes or cancellations within 48 hours are not permitted.
  • No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours will result in voucher forfeiture.

💳 Refund Policy (Services)

  • No refunds on treatments.
  • If dissatisfied, contact the spa immediately — concerns will be investigated.
  • Deposits are non-refundable, but may be held on account if cancelled 48+ hours in advance.

🔕 Spa Etiquette

  • Maintain a quiet and respectful environment.
  • Mobile phones are not allowed in treatment rooms and must be silenced.

Children Policy

  • No children permitted in the spa to maintain safety and relaxation.

📝 Consultation & Health Requirements

  • Client Consultation Form is mandatory.
  • Treatments may be refused if the form is not completed.
  • Clients must disclose any health conditions, allergies, or injuries.
  • Forms may need updating every 6 months.

🔞 Age Restrictions

  • Treatments are for clients aged 18 and over only.

🧼 Cleanliness & Hygiene

  • Equipment is fully sanitised and sterilised after each treatment.

🎒 Personal Belongings

  • The spa is not responsible for loss or damage of personal items.
  • Lockers are provided for valuables.
